Country Group Champions Youth Empowerment as Title Sponsor of RotaryYouth Leadership Awards (RYLA) 2025

At Country Group Builders & Developers, we believe that empowering the
youth is the cornerstone of a progressive and sustainable society. In line with
our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment, we proudly served as
the Title Sponsor for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) 2025, held
from 18th to 20th April 2025 in collaboration with DHA City Karachi.

A Platform for the Leaders of Tomorrow

The three-day event brought together 150 university students, with a strong
focus on female participation, representing a diverse range of academic
institutions across Pakistan. RYLA, a prestigious leadership training initiative by
Rotary International, is designed to nurture confidence, leadership abilities,
communication skills, and civic responsibility among young people.

Through interactive workshops, team-building activities, and motivational
sessions by seasoned leaders and mentors, participants were equipped with
the tools and mindset needed to become impactful change-makers in their
communities.

Honoring Excellence: A Grand Closing

The RYLA 2025 closing ceremony was graced by Lt. General Muhammad
Awais Dastgir, HI(M), SI(C) — Corps Commander of V Corps, Karachi, as the
Chief Guest. His inspiring address highlighted the importance of youth
leadership in nation-building and praised both Rotary and Country Group for
taking proactive steps to shape Pakistan’s future leaders.
